Square Ottoman

Ottoman is ok, not really very well made for being Ashely, Cost was $153, product dimensions do not match, product says 25 x 31 x 18, it actually is 23 x 28 x 17, I think its a rip off as I thought I was getting something bigger, it also arrived ripped on the bottom, I did get a small refund for that, but still not worth the money they were asking, very disappointed!!!! I didnt send back as I needed one, and too much of a hassle on something this bulky.

Plastic Legs with no screws and without holes to screw on legs.

So disappointed. I loved the blue and fabric was okay. Legs were very cheap looking plastic and came without screws and there were no holes in bottom to screw in legs. You'd have to drill your own holes! I returned.

Eh!

Nothing thrills me about this ottoman. It's functional, but is stuffed with some type of straw-like material. I can see that it likely won't last long in terms of the material wear (rather cheap) and keeping its shape. I'm trying to keep a towel on it for everyday use and only uncover it when needed for guests. It'll do for now.

Pricey, but looks nice

This is the second one I purchased. Between the time I bought the first one and the second one, the price nearly doubled. Although I think it was overpriced, I’m glad I got it so now I have a matching set and they look really nice in my living room. I love the color and the type of fabric. I have cats, and their fur vacuums right off it easily and doesn’t get embedded into the fabric.

The feet are inside the Ottoman...

Just as a heads up, I thought my Ottoman also arrived without feet. Checked the box, checked the packaging, nothing. As it turns out there is a ZIPPER on the bottom that I only noticed when asked to identify the Serial Number of the Ottoman while I was on the phone with the manufacturer. Thankfully the feet were inside. There was no outside indication that they were in there.

Great Ottoman

Matches our black Whitman couch perfectly. Great size for my boyfriend and I to both put our feet up and relax. I was tempted to go with the oversized version, but I’m glad I stuck with the smaller one. Super easy to screw on the leg pieces and the pieces were wrapped up nicely so the delivered product was in great condition upon receipt.

Exactly what I wanted.

Quick ship and delivered a week early. Right color, height, & arrived in perfect condition. 1 complaint, description says arrives assembled but I had to attach the legs. Not enough to deduct a star. Otherwise, very happy.
