Charger isn't really a charger
The plug doesn't actually charge anything. It has to stay plugged in to work or you have to use batteries. so, for me , this doesn't work. If you don't mind that, then it's fine, but I already had one with batteries. The whole point of buying it with the charger was so i didnt have to use batteries and still had a cord free dispenser. Not sure what the point is but maybe some people like it. I don'[t know I also don't like the protruding rubber thing where the soap comes out. It prevents the soap from coming out correctly and it comes out too slowly.

Doesn't last long
The charger port never worked. Batteries died within 3 weeks. Put in new batteries and is not working. We were very careful on not getting the back part wet
