Very accurate for snake racks

I use these to monitor the temps on flexwatt heat tape in my snake racks. I have an extensive python collection and it’s critical that I know that my heat tapes are reading temperatures correctly. These thermometers are usually within a degree or less of each other with fresh batteries and I’ve been using this brand for about 2 years. I also use a temp gun to check temps just to be sure, and these thermometers are usually right on point. My hot spot is 10 degrees higher on the heat tape than inside the snake tubs, take or give. Overall I’m very happy with these thermometers. I wanted people who use snake racks to know that these are reliable, at least they’ve been for me!!
