Large washer head provides maximum bearing area and deep 6-lobe recess reduces cam-out. Requires type T-40 bit. Optimal screw lengths provide maximum penetration while preventing the point from protruding out the back member.

Worked out great in treated lumber!

I used 4 different kinds of Lags for building a retaining wall, and these by far drove into the wood the best.

A Little Pricey

Used these instead of through bolts on guard rail posts on my deck along with blocking. Drove very well with an impact driver and seem to be sturdy. Hope the coating holds up. Supposed to be better than galvanized. Time will tell

nice product

These work as advertised. Nice aggressive tip easily penetrates pressure treated lumber. They are a bit on the expensive side, but appear as a stronger alternative to the Fastenmaster brand 'Headlok' screws.

These were not able to be used for the purpose we intended. We returned them and still got charged for them. Going to have to rethink my amazon membership.
