Too small.
I always wear a size 9 in Sketchers tennis shoes, so I ordered these in a size 9 They were really small and squished my toes. Otherwise they were light weight, but not a lot of arch support.

Terrific walking shoe
Not only are these comfortable, but the cushioning is phenomenal. I wear knee braces after damaging both knees. I no longer need the braces when wearing these. I have worn, Nike, Asis and Ryka...none are this comfortable.

Your return policy
How do you require that people returning shoes that don't fit them be returned in unused new condition? How do you know shoes will fit if you can't walk around your house for a few days? So what if the bottoms get a little gray. Really? I have terrible neuropathy from chemotherapy treatments. Finding comfortable shoes for a reasonable price has been an ongoing process for two years. I have had to order online...try on, return numerous pairs of shoes. This is the first time I have ever dealt with such a restrictive return policy. I have learned my lesson this time. I will deal with Macy's or Zappos. Both are fabulous! No problems. Sketchers has lost their appeal to me. Now I'm stuck with shoes that don't fit comfortably. Ridiculous. Buyer beware! you don't want these. Deal or no deal. A dissatisfied customer!
