Good boot poor memory foam insert

Just got these worn 2 days the boot so far good quality fits well for the price but the memory insole is garbage there's not much foam and I can feel myself walking on the bottom of the inside shoe , thought it would be good for my heals since I walk all day at work NOT , Have to buy another memory foam insert lets see if that helps . Very disappointing.
