A bag of grease with washers in it

These are a complete mess! I wasted a lot of time cleaning washers that I could have spent on my project.

Gease coated mess

This is a truly awful product. It does not deserve 1 star. These washers are a complete mess. They are covered in a thick awful grease. Even after extensive cleaning they are awful and almost unusable. I plan to throw them away as a bad purchase. This was my second attempt to buy washers from Amazon. The first was the part linked above. This was a more expensive product, and I thought it would be ok, but it was the same muck. The picture for the product is close to false advertising. They look nothing like a new clean washer. The washers look like they came off of a 35 year old engine that has been leaking oil for at least 20 of those years.
