Not compression but comfy
Not compression but comfy to the point it almost makes up for it.

Nice all around shorts.
Comfortable compression shorts and good support. Shorts don't shift when active. I order a size up from what I normally wear to get that snug, but comfortable fit.

Compression: no. Comfort: yes.
I bought these thinking they'd be better support for my anti-athletic supporter husband's "boys" for after getting the big V than normal boxer briefs. As far as compression goes, you might want to size down because he says they are only marginally more compressive than standard pairs. So for the purpose intended, they didn't quite meet my expectations. However, he is obsessed with the softness of these and says they don't ride up like his cotton Hanes. Basically, I've put myself in the situation where he'd like me to replace all of his boxer briefs with these. He wants to run, hike, ski, and lounge in these 24/7. I'm going to have to start selling off our possessions to afford it, but at least he's comfortable.

Don't be skeptical. These are the sauce!
I was skeptical to ordering a pair of compression boxer briefs at first...so I decided to give a shot (instead of paying an arm and leg for the other "big name" brands. I knew Soffe supplied a lot of clothing for military personnel. I'm currently Active Duty and have worn Soffe products with great satisfaction. The boxers fit well...not too snug nor to loose. After putting them on there is a cool feeling surrounding my crouch; similar to the feeling your butt gets when you turn on air conditioned seating in your car. The briefs are very breathable and super comfortable. Since ordering my first pair I have ordered an additional 5 pair with plans on replacing all of my boxer briefs with these. Excellent product Soffe.

Product rode up my legs and was to tight around my junk

Comfortable and eliminates show through when wearing thin shorts
My teenage son loves these. He wears basketball shorts almost daily and said he needed underwear that would keep his "junk" contained and not make it obvious to others in those thin shorts. From looking online, I found this is a real issue guys are having in basketball shorts and sweats. These completely solve the problem and he loves them. Says they function like a bra. They keep things where you want them, give great support when running and are the most comfortable underwear he's ever owned. I bought him 5 more pairs and they're all he wears now

Pretty sure these are my go-to from now on
I was looking for something to help with summer chafing and I bought 1 pair. A couple of days after receiving the first pair I ordered four more. Pretty sure these are my go-to from now on. As far as my activity goes I'm an office worker but I also do strength training. They stay put, don't curl up, or ride up in any way. No chaffing issues since. As far as durability goes they get washed and dried regularly (multiple times a week). I have seen any issues with wear and tear yet (but nothing lasts forever).

Ok for the price
Looks ok but after few washes it will be flimsy and look old. I was expecting a bit snug fit based on the size chart provided

I liked them but not my favorite
I liked them but not my favorite. The fabric has a weird feel compared to others I have, which some people may like. They do have a nice compression fit, but the feel of the fabric bothers me. Overall pretty good but there are others I would buy. I bought a few different brands to see what I would like. All are boxer/briefs with med/long leg. My 2 favorites are Tommy John, bought direct, and the Jinshi Bamboo performance long leg, bought here on Amazon. The TJ are great but very expensive. Once you calculate the exchange rate, some I got on 40% clearance were about $35 each, and I pick them up at a place I have in the US. Otherwise, delivered to Canada at regular price they would be about $55-$60 a pair. The Jinshi are 3 pairs for $43, fit and feel great. Price aside, the TJ have slightly longer leg that stays in place, the Jinshi have a great feel and fit. Also tried a pair of Saxx Vibe $35. These are great and could have been the best, but the leg is on the short side and the creep up. I am going to try one of their long leg models, if all else is the same as these shorter leg, they are top contender with the TJ and Jinshi. Also bought a pair of Ethica boxers, look nice but have the worst fit of all that I tried. The keep sagging and I am constantly pulling them up. These are bottom of the list for me. Also bought KAYIZU Men's Underwear Comfort Soft Stretch Compression Boxer Brief, 3 for $19. Overall good fit, feel good and can't beat the price. I would put them in the middle of the pack, ahead of the Ethica for sure, and ahead of the Soffe. The last pair I bought was MyPakage Weekday Boxer Brief $25. Nice fit and feel, I would buy these over the Ethica and Soffe, also a bit better than the Kayizu, but the latter have the big price advantage. For the Jinshi, I also tried the JINSHI Men's Comfort Soft Bamboo Fibre Boxer. These are monotone, all grey or black or other colors and are 3 for $37. These feel very similar to the MyPackage, close to identical, but have a good price advantage. These are 95% bamboo and 5% spandex. The 3 for $43 have all the crazy colors and are 93% bamboo and 7% spandex. For some reason that 2% makes a big difference to me. For the extra $6, or $2 a pair, I would take the 3 for $43. I have enough for now, but will try the long leg Saxx when I need another pair to try. If I had to buy a bunch of new underwear tomorrow, I really like the TJ, but the price is a deal breaker. I would go for the crazy colored Jinshi, 3 for $43 (They also have larger deal packs). The only others to enter the equation would be the long leg Saxx. Keep in mind I have gone through 2-3 wearings of each. How will they hold up after 20 or 50 washings, this I cannot say.
