good soap
new scent is not bad. dries your hands out the least of any I can find. this is the go-to soap for our house. It seems like the price for a S+S 6 pack should be a little lower, but I guess that is how most things are these days. Good Soap, I would recommend and buy again.

The price was right, but the product seems thinner than when I bought it from other companies
I was happy to find this, but it arrived leaking and smashed up. To be fair, it came by USPS and the post office attached a note saying they were sorry they "damaged" the package. I hope the seller sees this and sends them via a different carrier in the future. I did compare it to what I already had and it was definitely a bit thinner. I don't know what to make of that.

Have Eczema?
I have been using this soap for years. I have eczema and this soap gives me no problems. I have battery operated dispensers - Softsoap works great.

Overpowering “perfumed” scent that doesn’t go away.
So. I have had huge bottles of this stuff in my home for years now, this exact one: “Soothing aloe”. Those huge bottles have always been very, very, mercifully light on scent. So light that it’s not noticeable. That’s one of the biggest reasons why I loved this soap. THEN I started to run low and I ordered these refills of the same brand, same name; “Soothing aloe”. You know what I got? Multiple bottles of what I can only describe as the most awful, heavily perfumed soap that you could possibly imagine. The packaging is the same. The label is the same. The name is the same. But the soap smells like a huge gallon of 60 year old perfume was dumped into it. The only reason I know I’m not losing my mind is that I still have one of my older huge bottles of soothing aloe softsoap on hand, and I smelled it again just to compare. The difference is night and day. The new soap stench doesn’t even smell anything like the light scent in the other container. Just why? What’s worse.. the stench doesn’t fade away. I wake up in the morning and the smell is just as strong as when I went to bed the night before. For me, strong scents trigger headaches and migraines nowadays, so I’m looking at having to try and figure out how I’m going to dumb this nightmare soap down with something unscented, so it’s at least somehow tolerable until I finally use it all up. There’s just no way that I can use it as is, I smell it all day, all night, it never goes away. I’m probably going to have to switch brands once it’s time to re order soap again, which is sad. Who thought this change was a good idea??

Very Nice
Husband has problem with dry hands, so this has seemed to help. I just put it in a battery-operated non-touch soap dispenser and it works fine. The smell is so pleasant.
