Sturdy, keeps the fingers safe/secure.
It protected my hand as needed. I'd recommend it.

Does the job
Worked well for a boxers fracture. I slept in it at night and have small hands, so it was very adjustable.

Great wrap for sprains and busted knuckles
This is very good for busted knuckles and finger sprains. I have small hands and I was able to adjust from 1-4 fingers. My pinky and ring finger knuckles were hurt badly and I kept hitting them on stuff. This stopped all that. It kept them protected on the side with a hard protective piece inside. The additional length on the fingers helped me to stop banging the fingers into objects as I passed. This was a great buy and didn't feel clunky. My only thought is I wish the length on your wrist had another strap to prevent it from sliding up. It needs another strap above the current wrist strap for people with smaller hands.

Fantastic, even for small hands!
PLEASE NOTE: some of the other customers that posted images are wearing the brace incredibly wrong! --I was actually a little nervous it wouldn't fit after reading some of the other reviews, but if you have this on correctly, it fits!! I'm a 5'1 female with petite hands (yes, the finger "pocket" extends slightly over the top of my fingers, but I actually view this as an advantage- extra protection for my injured hand). The material is softer and has a little more cushion than I expected. There are two metal splints internally (one under your hand and one on top) that you can be easily bent for a custom fit- I found it to be more comfortable to have my hand at slight curve-feels very natural. Edit: I did end up cutting a small slice into the brace to remove the metal splint that is in the top of the brace- I actually found the brace has plenty of support w.o this piece and it reduced some of the -minimal- rubbing.

Doctor approved
My husband had a boxers fracture. We didn’t know that right away, we thought his pinky was just jammed. I ordered this prior to him finally going to the doctor to get an x-ray. He wore it for just under two weeks before going in. After the doctor looked at the x-ray she confirmed he indeed had a fracture but the x-ray showed it was healing great. She said there was really nothing more she would have been able to do with him, and that the brace he had was the best thing for this injury. She suggested he continue using it between 6 to 8 weeks from the start of the injury. We are seven weeks in and things are looking great.

Very good, not excellent, needs additional stitching
Good, natural fit, provided good support where it was needed. Application is straightforward. Unfortunately, cannot rate it as a five as the buckle for the securing hook and snap fastening is only held in place by hook and snap (velcro) and as you apply tightening pressure on the strap that goes around the palm of the hand it would start to pull the buckle off. I had to put in additional stitching just next to the buckle and this fixed the issue. Happy with the results!

Boxer fractures (broken pinky or ring finger)
This product was really good. I actually broke my pinky after the knuckle in my hand. My doctor even said that it was a pretty good splint. Only thing he recommended was for it to be slightly bent because the hand's neutral position is curled. I was told if your hand is broken and it heals with your fingers straight, like the splint comes, you'll have an extremely rougher time with your tendons. Your hand won't close because your tendons will be too tight. THIS IS UNIVERSAL AND CAN BE USED FOR BOTH HANDS! Some comments said that it couldn't be used for both hands and that's not true. I used this for over a week. Although I hope I never need it again, it was a big help!

Good use
The only thing I didn't like was my pinkey finger seem to keep sliding out. I may have had the adjustments wrong. A bit uncomfortable at first but once I got use to it, it was okay.

Much better than a cast, very happy
Boxer break to 4th meta carpal, cast from hospital was near useless, very uncomfortable and not supportive where it needed to be, this is much more suitable, easy to get the right fit and supports exactly where it needs to. Very happy with it and much easier to live with than the full forearm cast I left hospital with yesterday. Highly recommended

great product but for a larger hand
The product is great, would protect and splint hand and fingers well. Unfortunately it appears to be made for people with larger hands than I've got to the point that the strap in the picture going across the palm, would really go almost on my wrist. Believe me my hands aren't THAT small :D This made it pretty much unuseable for me. There was no chemical smell that you often get with neoprene type products which was good too.

Good brace, comfortable for all day use.
Using this for a 5th metacarpal break, very comfortable for all day use, only removing to allow my ring finger to get some movement and for washing. Have found it is much better with a double finger splint (standard ones given by NHS) for a little more padding while managing to immobilise better. It does make wearing gloves at work a little tricky.

Exactly what was needed.
After a trip to hospital this was brought as they couldn’t supply the correct one needed. On return check up appointment the consultant remarked it was perfect for the injury. All healed now.

Brilliant, Doc preferred it!
I had a boxer Fracture on my small knuckle and due to "lockdown" I had a temporary cast. I purchased this and YES the DOCTORS AND NURSES love it! Took the name of it from me ect! No CAST! So worth the buy!
