Good looking with tip top comfort

Spalding branded 100% cotton French terry athletic shorts. Fabric weight is medium thin with firm and rigid elastic around the waist and drawstrings for good measure. Pockets have ample depth to hold wallet, keys, phone without fear of them falling out while engaged in moderate physical activity. Recommend sizing down a notch if you have a normal build to give the shorts a more fitted look. The Olivine version looks great with its muted olive-green shade and looks smart enough to wear outside the house with your favorite sneaks and crisp t-shirt.

Very Comfortable, Good Quality, Just A Bit Baggy

Excellent quality terry cotton - very soft and comfortable. I have tried cheaper terry cotton shorts before these and the material quality is inferior. These Spaulding shorts get high marks for comfort and material quality. I hand-washed these and wore them yesterday and they were very cozy whether sitting, walking, or standing. I plan to wear these a lot this summer. That said, I ordered the Medium per the size chart (I am a size 32 waist) and it was larger than expected. I was hoping for a tighter fit around the hips and a more tapered leg. These look okay for knocking around, but a little tailoring would make them look sharper. NOTE: Also, be careful of ink bleed when washing these! When I hand-washed these shorts in room temperature water, a LOT of black dye bled out into the water. I would recommend washing these separately at first if possible and then going forward with other dark colors. That was a lot of black dye that came out. UPDATE AS OF 1/5/2023: I liked these shorts and wore them so much that I decided to order the Small size during the holiday sale. Happily, this smaller size fits me much better. The bagginess around the thighs is gone. I'll still wear the Mediums for knocking around but lesson learned, be careful when ordering from the size chart or when the site "suggests" the right size for you. Most of the time they get it right, but not always.

Freakin' awesome.

Love these shorts as jammy shorts. They're soft, comfortable, have the perfect pocket size, and are deliciously yellow. I pair this with a pink tank I have and then I'm SSJ4 Goku.

Comfy and soft shorts.

These shorts are for my teen son. He loves them. The olive color is nice but not too dark. I also got him the cream colored Spalding hoodie to wear as an outfit. Light weight cotton material. Very breathable. Perfect every day active shorts for lounging or running errands. Nice material and washes up well. I also am on the safe side of washing. I wash in cold, dry for 10-15 on low, and then hang dry. I have had no issues but I like to be careful especially since it's 100% Cotton. 2 pockets that are deep enough to hold items without easily falling out. The waist has a drawstring and the fabric is moisture-wicking and moves with you for any activity. This lightweight pair of shorts are perfect for days of relaxation! I would recommend these shorts.

Misleading Pictures, Thought it was a matching set.

I'm really happy with these shorts. They're made of a soft cotton and terry cloth fabric, so they're really comfortable. The fit is great, and the Mustard color is really bright and cheerful. I've been looking for a good pair of active shorts like these for a while, and I'm glad I found these. but I mainly thought it was a matching set as the pictures shows it's a set, but other than that it's an ok shorts.
