Switch broke and won’t hold

We’ve used these just a couple times over the winter but the switch broke and won’t keep them tight now. Usually we can get a full summer out of them, but we just started swim team and these are already broken and unusable

My daughter did not like these at all. The straps are not easy to adjust for comfort
