Not what I expected
This product is not user friendly. Could never get it to work. Tried more than several time to fill in my pups info and it kept crashing.

Inexpensive and it works!
When the barcode on it is scanned, the person that scans it can see what you put for your pets lost information and I got a message pinpointing the location of that person's cell. The bio allows you to post what you want in the comments and attach pictures so the person that finds your pet will see it when they scan it. When you squeeze it once, a blinking light comes on, twice and a slower blinking light comes on, and three times for a solid light. We use the light when we go on walks at night so he is easy visible to vehicles. Also, it is super cute when it lights up his walking path. This device is small and light and comes on a keyring so it is easy to attach to the collar. The only thing I would change would be to use a more hefty keyring or a different kind of clip all together to secure it.

Save your money and time
Seeing the Energizer name lent to the product I thought I was buying quality. I wasn't expecting much and I've not been let down. The website you have to use is constantly down. B/c you use the website there are no directions on the package which make these little more than pet collar bedazzles. I'm truly disappointed.

Flawless Condition and Working Perfectly
I ordered this product because it's kind of like a micro chip and you can set up your account online so that if the pet happens to get lost anyone can scan the QR code on the device to get your name, address and phone number so you can be reunited with yoiu furry friend. The only thing I had a problem with is that no where in the literature did it say how to trun on the unit or turn it off, I had to email the company at support@wagbrands.com to get that information. I like when I let my German Shepard out at night I can turn it on and see where she is at in the yard.I think it a great buy for the price for the peace of mind that if someone was to find her if she got out she could be returned easily.

Great tag but QR code scratched off easily.
Super great value, very durable BUT the QR code scratched off after 2 months of having it. I do however like the website, it’s very easy to use.

Not sturdy. Tag info wears off. Water kills it.
Didn’t survive very long. Can’t read the code or writing on the tag anymore. Not water proof. Got 2 of these and they have both failed and are no longer useful.

Great buy
I ordered 2 of the pink for my girls. Easy to set up. I cannot believe for the price all the information you are able to give. I hope to never need to use these but it is a great peace of mind. The only thing is I wish they had space to leave an alternate phone number. I wanted to add as of 3/21 I still have both. The QR code is still completely visable. Very impressed with the quality over time.
