Nice shirt. Good quality material.

This is a very nice rash guard. Most guards have a very snug fit, but this one from Spyder has a loose fit, more like a good fitting long-sleeve t-shirt. Ordinarily, I am a size Large in shirts, but wear a Medium in this rash guard as it is generously cut and does not hug the body like a traditional fit rash guard. I purchased this rash guard in the Medium and Large, since I wasn't certain of the fit. I can get away with wearing either rash guard, but the large is much looser with arms that are too long for me, so the Medium is the better fit for me. I am 5'10 w/ a 45-inch chest and 32-inch waist (muscular build). My arms measure 33-inches in length.
