Split shot MADE IN USA!

I used water gremlin weights when I was a kid. These are much better than the soft lead Chinese knock offs.

They make it look way bigger

Amazon made this split shot kit look alot bigger than it really is so if Your looking for bigger split shots this is not for You.

The media could not be loaded. Amazon makes you think the package is bigger than it is the little case the split shots are in is a little over 2 an 3/4 inches by 3 inches

Far better than the sinkers you get at the big box store

These are the sinkers I remember from my childhood, with "fingers" on the end to pry open the sinker if you need to remove them from a line. Most of the sinkers you will find at the big box stores squeeze onto the fishing line, but don't have those fingers or points near the joint, where you can squeeze with pliers to open the end and release the line. This set also includes some larger, heavier sinkers, which I like to use for casting farther out. And the plastic case fits perfectly in my tackle box so that I can easily get my sinkers and have right in front of me when I have to prep a new line.
