Cute shirt, runs very small

This is a really cute shirt. The printing is clear, and the cotton is light without being see through. The colors on the design are soft and muted, as shown in the picture. Knowing it's a junior sized shirt, I sized up to a large from my normal medium. I should have sized up again. It fits, but it's form fitting (which is fine with me), and I have to stretch it after washing while it's still wet and let it hang to dry. I know if I put it in the dryer, it would shrink and be too small. I would order again because I like the product, but I'd get an XL. For reference, I'm 5'1", 36" bust (30G bra), 28" waist, and 130lbs.
