Works, but lots of issues

I’m using this jack on a knife press. I have no way of measuring whether it actually generates 50 tons, but it seems to generate more power than the 20 ton jack I was using before. It is painfully slow, so if you are impatient, this may not be the jack for you. The biggest issues are customer service and the users manual. The users manual I received was for the wrong model. And as usual for Chinese products, the manual they sent was useless. Also, don’t expect any help from their customer service number. They don’t answer or return calls.

needs to be taller or reach higher for a tractor trailer axle jack, too short.
