Saved my fallen metatarsal arch

These inserts are lifesavers, for both myself and my daughter. Made of pliable, durable silicone rubber, with a perfect arch support and metatarsal support, they fit in athletic shoes & support walking, tennis, work in retail store (always on my feet). Now my feet (& daughter's) feel massaged, supported, energized at the end of the day. Amazing. We were using another (German) brand that's wonderful, but these are less costly and work well also. They are in 4 sizes, so if you're at the low end of the size range for the insert, just trim the toe area a fraction and they'll fit just fine.

Very comfortable

Works great! Get thinner towards toes, allowing for more room in toe area. Nice metatarsal support. Helps greatly with my Mortons Neuroma.
