A bargain replacement part but is it good?

Outwardly it's identical to the OEM idler... inside ( primarily the bearing) only time will tell. The original Scag part lasted over 16 years so we'll just have to wait and see :-)

This is a high quality part that had a solid feel and look. I was confused by the reviewer who said it was plastic, but it seems that they must have been posting about another item.

perfect fit

This is NOT plastic as a previous writer got (maybe he received the wrong order). This pulley is heavy duty metal and identical to the old Scag mower pulley that wore out.

Great value

Holds up just as long as the OEM pulley, for much less money. Don't overspend for sake of the name. This is a quality product.

overpriced

I went for the expensive idler bearing because you get what you pay for , it's said. In fact it does the job correctly, I feel it is not worth the price. we will see.
