STEVE MADDEN IS SHIPPING USED SHOES AS BRAND NEW

I hate to do this. All I wear is Steve Madden shoes. But this week alone. 2 seperate orders I recieved used shoes from Steve Madden. This white pair in the images has hair on them, stains everywhere, scuffs, and someone even tried to cover one of the scuffs up with white paint. Pictures are attached. The fact Steve Madden is shipping used shoes and charging full price after someone's nasty feet have been in here is highly unethical and disqusting.
