C4 LED technology, impervious to shock with a 50,000-hour lifetime, provides 100-lumens, 4200-candela peak beam intensity, and 130-meter beam distance. Run time is 6-hours to 10-percent of initial lumen output; 4-hours regulated output. Optimized electronics provides regulated intensity throughout battery life. Built for durability, the 4AA ProPolymer Lux has a IP67 rated design, is waterproof to 1-meter for 30-minutes, and is 1-meter impact resistance tested. Best light

This is the only Flash lingt that i use in my airctaft shop. I supply this to all my workers (8).

Bright light, steady beam

I like this flashlight because it is lightweight and a good size for me to hold when I need to use it. In the past, I purchased heavier and less expensive flashlights but when I needed them, they did not turn on - even with new batteries (bad cheap connectors). This is a quality light that is dependable. And bright.

Batteries seem to last longer than other flash lites. Ordered 3 all togeather. What I don’t like is that I end up losing them but that’s my fault ????

Streamlight makes fantastic products.

All Streamlight products I've ever purchased have been very durable and worth the price. A cheap product isn't a good product if it can't be depended upon when you really need it.

Almost Perfect for Me

We have been using the Streamlight Propolymer Luxeon flashlights for several years. It is excellent (if not perfect) in our work environment. We usually work in dark, dirty, and wet areas of restaurant kitchens. Use of electric lights in these areas can be dangerous. The Streamlight flashlight provides what law enforcement people could consider "tactical" brightness. We use these lights on a daily basis while testing live electrical circuits. (Don't do this at home, boys and girls.) The LED bulb has never burned out. With Duracell AA alkaline batteries full brightness lasts for at least two weeks. We recently started using Duracell nickel hybride rechargable batteries. The drop in initial brightness is almost imperceptible. I usualy charge them once a week. I have only one small complaint about the reviewed flashlight. The black propolymer looks great when one is wearing formal ware. It is more difficult to find if it falls into a dark corner. If you work in conditions similar to mine, order it in yellow.

Useful at the FBO

This great flashlight has been perfect for use at the airport where I work. I can check hangars, do walkarounds of aircraft, light up and read their tail numbers from a good distance, and otherwise safely and confidently perform my duties at night with a very bright and sturdy flashlight that I can carry around in my front pants pocket. You can pay a little more or less for flashlights that are "intrisically safe" if you prefer that for fueling and whatnot. This one is specced for use in certain hazardous locations and I've used it for fueling at night without worry. I dare say it's a step up from some pretty janky flashlights that I've used for the same purpose over the years. Very pleased with the purchase.

Just died, the on/off switch at the bottom doesnt make contact anymore. Not reliable at all for the money.
