Product arrived as described and very promptly. Will save $$ as I can cut just the amount I need rather than having to purchase in 1yd. bubble packs and then waste from 2 to 4 inches each time I made something for my family members. When this reel is gone, I'll order again.

Acceptable, a tad scratchy

Elastic from yesteryear was truly elastic; but today, it's thinner, more brittle. I don't expect the newer elastic to last as long (i.e., until it stretches so much, you must replace it). The elastic is a tad scratchy, so you will have to cover it. It is made in India.

Great Quality

This is my favorite elastic. It's hard to find anymore. If you try this brand, you won't ever use any other. The name says it all. It really does not roll. I only sew for personal use, but sew enough to buy in bulk. The price was excellent. Joanne Sims
