These actually WORK!

Put these on our heavy dining room chairs that used to be extremely difficult to move on the carpet under the table. Had previously tried square slip-on teflon chair glides from Amazon that said they were for use on carpet.... those gripped the carpet so tightly that they actually SQUEAKED when trying to move the chairs... no help at all. These slide easily and quietly over the carpet, making the chairs much easier to move! YIPPEE!!!

They work pretty good.

I purchased and compared 4 different sliders on dining room chairs on medium pile carpet. Surprisingly, the Hillman group stick-on type (light grey) from Lowes are the best by far. Superslider tap-on (dark brown - amazon) are 2nd. Hillman tap-on (light grey) are 3rd. Magic sliders nail-on were horrible - returned to Amazon.

Super Easy Installation

These tap on sliders are super to preserve your carpet and makes gliding of the dining room chairs on the carpet so much easier. I did 8 chairs (32 legs) in less than 40 minutes.

I did use a mallet to hammer them in. Just a few taps and they are on. And stay on.
