Soft, perfect color!

I chose these because I needed 2 extra pillow cases and mainly for the color which matches my décor. I have to say that I am rather pleased with them. The softness is just what I was looking for and they feel very good to the touch. They are not super thin which I like as well. I like everything in my life to match, so I purchased these even though I had other spare pillow cases at home. I am glad that I did because they look and feel great!

Just What I was Hoping For!

Not everyone enjoys the same type of bed linens. And to me, it’s confusing enough to make a decision in a retail store; let alone in an online purchase! So, hopefully this review will be helpful to others. If you prefer soft and lightweight pillowcases, these are your cup of tea! They wash & dry like a dream; and come out of the dryer wrinkle-free. Anything that requires even ‘light ironing’ is a deal-breaker for me! Frequently, it seems that ‘standard’ and ‘queen’-sizes are lumped-together in one size, but these truly fit a ‘standard’ pillow perfectly. I use standard-size pillows to compliment the king & queen pillows on the beds in my home. I purchased both the Ivory and White, which were true to color. And, the price is great!

I love 1500 TC Egyptian Sateen

I bought the orange to match a throw pillow on my bed and after reading the reviews I went ahead and purchased these. I love 1500 TC Egyptian Sateen...these are not, but I knew that so if you are "skimming" instead of "reading and comprehending" the title of the product, then yes you will feel deceived; however the title is listed, the product is decent quality. The pillow cases are soft and were exactly the color depicted in the picture. I am pleased with my purchase and would purchase another set if they had them in the other colors I needed.

Oddly labeled product, quality does not impress

I was looking for some decent pillowcases at an affordable price, and these had six 4-5 star reviews. And there's an extensive selection of "Vanessa Collection" microfiber sheets listed on Amazon, most with positive reviews. So, I thought these would be a good bet. I received a set of "Anessa Collection" pillowcases with a package label that reads: "Experience the comfort and soft touch as a 1500 THREAD COUNT 100% EGYPTIAN COTTON ANESSA COLLECTION STANDARD PILLOWCASE SET... DESIGNED IN AMERICA Made in China 100% Microfiber" Besides the shoddy labeling (is the brand name a typo on the label? Or did Amazon get it wrong on the two dozen listings under the brand name?), it's obvious the label was created to deceive buyers into thinking they were buying Egyptian Cotton pillowcases. The latter is in approx. 14-pt type, while "100% Microfiber" looks like 1-pt type. The first line is also in tiny print. Sketchy. The material is thin. So far, I'm not impressed. $15 isn't a lot for a pair of pillowcases, but I'm thinking I shouldn't have spent more than half that on these. So, my initial impression is: buyer beware. The pillowcases are in the washing machine now. I'll update this review once I've tried them out.

I totally thought this was a set of sheets, but it was only two pillow cases. I can't really complain though, because they are awesome pillow cases. Never had ones this soft before. I was pretty upset when I first got them, but I was quickly won over and now I really love them. Pricey, but I guess you get what you pay for.

No more cat hair

I purchased these pillowcases to cover a couple of pillows where our two cats nap. These pillowcases are definitely much better at repelling cat hair than the usual cotton or polyester -- leftover fuzzy bits are not building up on the surface at all. Perfect for what I needed! The material is quite soft and nice, pillowcases are sewn well. The sage color is as expected.

These are soooo soft and a comfort to sleep with.I ordered teal(which matched my bedroom curtains(from different company).Great price,I ordered 2 sets.Hope you enjoy these, as I am.I washed in cold water and dried on low heat.I also use wool drier balls which may or may not help with softness.

Great quality, great colour!

I have a variety of quilts and I like to have a king size pillow against the headboard, then the matching sham for a regular pillow - these lovely soft coral pillow slips really pick up the colours in more than one of my quilts.
