Too Long.
In 2019 I purchased a pair of these in size medium and they quickly became a favorite. Warm and a good fit. This month I decided to order a second pair, and was disappointed to find that the fit has changed. The new ones are much too long. I wear a size 34” waist and a 30” inseam in pants, so for me a base layer should be 28”- 29” inches long. These are 33” long. They’re 3”- 4” too long. The quality is just as good, so if you have long legs or don’t mind a lot of extra fabric bunched up around your calves or ankles, you might be happy with them.

Excellent for those working outdoors
Husband works outdoors and he swears by these. I’ve used them when out hiking in cold weather and I stayed warm. Well worth the money.

Very Low Merino Wool Content, Otherwise Decent Pants
I'm giving these 3 stars. They worked fairly well and kept me warm. I needed them ASAP for a hunting trip, otherwise I would have returned them. The reason for that is that I feel that the title is false advertising. The item description is labeled as Merino wool. This is misleading. They are in fact 100% polyester on the inside and a 30% Merino Wool, 70% polyester blend on the outside. Who knows how thick they are defining the inner and outer layers, but even if the inner half is 100% polyester and the outer half is 70/30 polyester, that means they are actually ONLY 15% Merino wool, and that's likely generous. I doubt the content is that high. Else, they seemed to work out, though there were a bit snug on my calves in the morning when I put them on-- but did seem to loosen a bit after some hiking. If they were advertised as a synthetic pants, I'd be 4/5 or 5/5 stars happy with them. Overall, I'm docking the score a bit because I feel like the description is intentionally misleading to part folks from their money.

Terramar is just as good as its competitors in quality, but better on price!
Terramar flies under the radar but their products are excellent. These are extremely comfortable and work great in cold weather. The waist band is not pinchy at all and the anatomy flap works well too. I have other Terramar thermal baselayers and love them just as much. Far better bang for the buck with Terramar than with other big name brands like UA or Patagonia even though those brands also produce high quality goods. They can't compete with Terramar on price.

Very warm and comfortable
I ordered these thermals to go hunting in and they did a great job of keeping me warm. In fact they are so comfortable that now I where them to work on colder days.

Great fit
Use these everyday at work. They are the only long John's that actually fit correctly. You can move easily in them and they keep you toasty. Worth every penny.
