Exactly what I wanted

This is a great cup. It keeps your coffee hot for hours and it's easy to clean.

I expect more from Tervis tumblers before.

I have had Tervis This one's top has a horrible seal. It is a simple push back and forth for sealing and unsealing. Very inconvenient especially when driving. It will spill.

Cute but slide on lid doesn't stay closed

This is a cool looking cup and keeps drinks hot or cold but isn't what I expected. The diamond plate is more of an image and is not really raised on the cup. Also the slide cover on the cup which is supposed to keep the fluids in, doesn't stay closed. I have to constantly push it over to close it. It might as well not even have had the slide tab on it. I got it for drinks on my motorcycle and it leaked all over the place and made such a mess.

Good product and support, tips to use

We received 3 weeks ago and it started to rust on inside bottom. Thanks for quick turn around replacing. The replacement is much different design.. the diamonds are much smaller, yet more dense... then the “television” label went from a small er print along bottom edge, to a palm sized one in center of cup. The seal gasket on the new cap folds over easily And I discovered a technique for instal. Start side away from drink spout, palms both sides heat top, press lid to the rear To compress gasket as you Press downward with both thumbs. I am strong guy so maybe I flex the sides of the cup a bit. Also... dampening the rim with the beverage helps the install

Sturdy, grippable. great gift

This was a gift for a 19 year old outdoors lover. It has been with him constantly. The design looks like truck tread plate and makes it easy to grip. Great way to keep hydrated while working outside!

lid will hold up already coming off

Don't think the gasket on the lid will hold up only had it a week and already had to put it back on. Other than keeps drink so as advertised
