Very very disappointed!

I have ordered & bought dozens of Tervis brand jugs & they are my favorite to use here in cold Alaska. I bought this jug for my husband as a gift for Valentine’s Day & it came used with liquid in it & nasty & scratches all over the bottom half of the jug from being used in cup holders & a dent in the lid. So disappointed in this & now I don’t want to order anymore just to much hassle & not worth the time.
