Nice shorts
These are soft and cute. However they run on the large side. I bought 18-24 months they are falling down on my baby girl. She's 15months and wears 18-24 or 2t . I just think the waist is too wide. Think I should've went with 12-18 which would mean they are true size. But in comparison to other brand shorts I purchased they are a bit too big.

Love them
These are great. Nothing too special but really good shorts for toddlers. Easy on and off for potty training. Wash well. Feel they fit pretty true to size. Wish they came in more solid colors.

Cute and they are not too tight
Finally found shorts for my baby that fit. She is on the larger size for her age. She is 30lbs and I ordered a 3T, which I normally do and they are always to tight in the waist. These have give in the waist if you have a bigger toddler. They are cute and comfortable on her stomach and not gouging her stomach in at the waist.
