Shrinks massively after washing

I got SO many compliments on this the first time I wore it, but it shrunk terribly after washing and drying- it now only functions as a cropped zip, which isn’t usually the look I favor. If you’re purchasing, my best advice is to wash cold and hang to dry in order to preserve the original size.
