Great pin exactly as advertised

Exactly as advertised to spec and size. Worked well for giving my rear seat bottoms a quick release in the jeep WJ. These are a little longer than needed for the WJ but work just as well.

Bigger is not better

Bought these because it is very hard to find a 1/4” clevis pin longer than 2 1/2”. I needed 3” so these should have worked. Upon arrival I tried to fit them in my 1/4” hole and they weren’t even close. More like 3/8” or even 7/16”. Ended up drilling out the steel frame and the kayak rack I just bought. Sad Hillman.

Functional but not shiny like most stainless steel hardware.

I needed to replace pins on my sail boat and these were the right functional size. They were supposed to be stainless steel - and maybe they are - but all the stainless steel hardware items I've purchased have had a nice shiny smooth surface on them. These pins do not. The surfaces are uneven and appear unpolished. There were four in the package and I believe they will hold up for their purpose but I'm slightly disappointed in their appearance. I guess the sample picture provided by the seller is accurate if you view the image in a large expanded size.
