dimensions are correct
The inner diameter is correct. Had to clean rust, corrosion, etc off surface of old axle and the spacer went on easily.

Fits 5/8" threaded bolt
I purchased a few 10" long, 5/8" diameter threaded hex bolts for a project I was working on. Originally needed 8.5-9" bolts at a minimum, but only 10" length could be found. Thus I needed spacers (I have no tools to cut the bolt) so I could have a snug connection and a mechanism to easily remove the nuts by hand at any time. Happy to report these easily fit on the threaded end and the un-threaded part and satisfy my needs. Only needed 2 but 5-pack was more economical.

Too Tight
So, got these as axle spacers for a tow behind trailer. They will not slide onto the axle, or force on with heat or cold. Bottom line is, they are about 1/32 of an inch tighter than advertised . . . so . . . don't expect this 5/8 to fit a 5/8 axle, and with the available sized, you have to drop down considerably to get one that fits right. Not giving it a "bad" rating, since they are well priced and quality items, just misleading sizing

Fit fine on a 5/8 dump cart axle.
Bought some 10" tires for a lawn cart we got a super deal on but it had bad tires. Hubs weren't wide enough and there was too much play. These spacers fit on the axle after a light sanding of the rust. I did have to cut them off a little bit with a reciprocating saw to get the width just right. They work great.

Off Center and oversize
If you are using these on rotating components, look elsewhere. Luckily I am using these as shims on a static part. I was able to sand them down to 7/8, but the holes are 5-1000 off center which would cause vibration on rotating parts.

I'm sure it is a good product, but I can't rate it, package was empty when received
I liked what I ordered and will rate it when I receive them. Thank you Richard Chapman
