WONDERFUL COASTERS!!!
Love these coasters! Extremely absorbant and no wet coaster or having the coaster stick to your glass/can when you go to pick it up! Highly recommend!

Surprisingly...they weren't all the same size. Revising review based on months of use
I've had "ThirstyStone" products before, so I'm confident it will be absorbent and durable, and I really liked the pattern on these ones. But in a 4 stone pack of 4" diameter stone coasters, I got 1 that's 4", 2 that are 3 and 7/8" and 1 that's 3 and 3/4". It DOESN'T make me say "DAMNIT!!!! I'm sending them back and I want a refund!!!" but I'm surprised that something that is almost certainly machine cut isn't 100% consistent. I understand that the stone used may vary a bit as they move along the surface of even 1 slab, so therefore the pattern may look a little different, etc, but to actually vary in size is surprising. REVISED Oct 29, 2022. I dropped a star. I maybe should have dropped 2. They're sturdy. They're beautiful, but like many other reviews below are now saying, they don't seem to be the least bit "Thirsty". The pattern on the coaster that makes it beautiful is done with some paint or film or something that coats the top of the absorbent stone. Such that condensation just gathers ON the stone.

Attractive, works with many different glasses or bottles
These coasters are attractive, are large enough to handle different glasses or bottles, and are flat with no raised edge, so easier to use. They absorb water adequately. They have cork on the bottom so they don't scratch the table.

Not very absorbent
First of all, due to the poor packaging by Amazon, the first set had a totally broken coaster requiring replacement. Again, no protection for the stone coasters, and every one of them were chipped!! I salvaged the best of them to complete one set. Additionally, the coasters, themselves, are not very absorbent like previous sets of sandstone coasters that I’ve had. The moisture puddles on top. At least they are pretty!

Thirstystone coasters are the best
I have used Thirstystone coasters for the past 12 years. I love them because they don't stick to the bottom of glasses when people pick them up! Sure, they don't absorb ALL the liquid but it is easily wiped up and it rarely gets to the table. The problem with the old pattern I had was that I had two boxes of them and the second box was a slightly different shade than the first. This always irritated me. This time I bought one box of this pattern, liked it, and sent for two more boxes. They are all totally uniform, and I love them. The colors are quite subtle blue/gray/beige and go very well with my dark gray glass table and gray and blue decor. The pattern is matte, printed on the top and looks very natural. I plan on them lasting forever.

Beautiful!
Haven't actually used these yet but I wanted to let others know how beautiful and well made these are. (Slightly disappointed with the holder we bought -- our round coasters don't fit exactly.) These are nice enough to gift someone and I'll be doing exactly that.
