What I wanted

11" spoon just right for my big skillet. Not too long. Goes through dishwasher but since I only have two I usually wash and put back in the drawer. Believe me, you need this. No ugly plastic on the handle. It's a space saver and feels clean. I'd like to toss out the 13" spoons and replace with this. Not too heavy, not flimsy, just right. It has a good balance.

A bit thin

This is a good sized spoon for cooking, however, i would prefer it was a bit thicker/heftier.

Good spoon for caldron cooking and the edge isn't too sharp.
