Awkward horizontal carrying position
Having owned several of these type of collapsible chairs, it is very awkward to be forced to carry them in the horizontal position. After being used to carrying to vertically (usually) due to a carrying bag / strap, having the chair slip out due to it's design is just plain annoying. This seating position is not the best, as you end up being sunk into the back of the chair while the leading front edge of the seat ends up pretty high.

Great camping chair
Really sturdy and comfortable camping chair. Perfect for using at the pool and beach. Has held up pretty well so far!

Really comfortable, but awkward packing and transit
This is kind of your standard folding camping chair, but is definitely of the premium variety. It has a heavier base and the material is more plush than standard. The chair is great and receives five stars. The "pet mat" or whatever you want to call it is a nice little addition. It is a 3x3 mat that can work for basically anything. It is made with easy clean vinyl, so you can just wipe it clean after using it. This gets four stars instead of five because packing it up is significantly more difficult that your standard "in the bag" arm chair. It also feels pretty precarious while carrying it. You wrap the chair in the mat and then tie it together. I get it, but I wouldn't want to carry this chair more than a fifty feet. If you are just bringing it while car camping, you could just bring the chair and a mat separately.

A pet mat folds around the chair instead of a carrying bag.
We needed another folding chair to take to sports practices. This one seemed neat because instead of trying to shove the chair into a little bag, there is a mat that folds up around the chair. That cover then doubles as either a dog mat or a place for your child to sit on. This chair is just kind of the basics - you get one cup holder on one arm and a carabiner on the other so that you can attach your (non-Great Dane) dog’s leash to the chair. (I wouldn’t trust this for a large dog, it works great for my small pet when we are sitting there with her). The chair is rated to hold up to 300 pounds. There are no storage pockets like in my other chairs, and also note that this isn’t the most comfortable chair in the universe (it’s not terrible but it isn’t as comfortable as my existing chairs). I do love the idea that this has a mat instead of a bag, and I like that this is sturdy yet lightweight, but this is our least favorite camping chair we own due it not being as comfortable and its lack of pockets.

Small, gimmicky chair
Judging from other reviews, I'm in the minority of people who don't like this chair. However, we camp, attend sports games, and use chairs like this on a regular basis. When I had an opportunity to test this Timber Ridge quad chair, I figured it would be useful, but I'm not impressed. To begin with, there is no way this chair is "large" as described. It's actually smaller than most. The depth of the chair is only 16." I'm 5'5", and the seat is still to shallow for me to comfortably sit in. The pet accessories are gimmicky and definitely not worth an up charge. The metal leash clasp on the chair is thin and chintzy (is tethering even a small dog to a camp chair ever a good idea?!) and my dog would likely lay anywhere other than on a piece of canvas, but your mileage may vary. That said, the roll-up carry bag is not so bad. It's convenient to use, at least. Ultimately, we're giving this chair to one of our kids to use, because it's not comfortable for the adults (and for the record, no one in our home weighs even half of the 300 lb. weight limit that is stated). There is also no way I'd spend $40+ on it.

Nice regular sized folding camp chair
This is a really nice folding chair. What surprised me the most about it was the storage sleeve. The storage sleeve is lightly padded, you might even be able to sit on it in the seat for a little extra cushion ???? The reason I deducted a star was because of the descriptor of the chair. It says large, but it is clearly a normal sized chair. I have included two pics of the timber ridge chair compared to two different chairs that I already own. The timber ridge is the brown one on the left. The other two chairs are normal sized, and the timber ridge is the same size as the two others. Also, in the description it says you can hook a small pet’s leash to this chair. I don’t think that is a good idea. This chair is light enough for a dog to drag the chair behind them. I like the idea of hooking the storage sleeve to the metal clasp better, so the sleeve doesn’t get misplaced. I have done this in the pics.

Love this chair - but...
I really like this chair. Very comfortable and very sturdy. However, it is not light weight by any means. It is built well with good quality materials. Highly Recommend.

Great for short dog owners
This is a well-constructed chair, but it sits lower to the ground than many (14 inches). It does have a clip designed to tether a dog leash, and rather than a stuff sack, it comes with a tarp that you roll up and Velcro closed around it to store and carry it. It makes for a bulkier carry and there is no shoulder strap — instead it appears designed to carry like a satchel. Since I am a tall person and don’t have a dog, I’d prefer both a taller chair and a standard shoulder strap stuff sack. All that being said, if you are short(er) and have a dog, this chair might be perfect. It is lightweight and folds/unfolds easily.
