Timberland Pro does it again.
I purchased the 6” Rigmaster boot in January 2017. I decided to purchase the 8” version due to the fact that I would get snow in the boot during a heavier fall. I lile the fact that they have a reinforced toe and heel that are covering the leather. The steel toe comes in handy during heavy work in the backyard. The anti fatigue technology in the sole make a great difference compared to my older pit boss boots. They are advertised as waterproof, which holds true, but they are not waders or rain boots. They will get wet if the water goes above the first lace eyelet (obviously). All of my other Timberland Pro boots have lasted the test of time, so I expect the same of these. A quality product. The only drawback is that they are a tiny bit heavy, but wearing nothing but steel toe, I have become used to it.

one week update!
Well, as of the first week of owning these, I love them. They should ask me later. However, as of now, they kick butt. Comfy for my ten hour shift. I did go with the 8in upper going into the rainy season. They do leave my legs a little tender, due to the break in, but it's not bad for me. So far no problems with stitching, separation, or any other workmanship issues. I have not used them in the rain or near h2o so I can not respond on the water resistance. I like the safety toe and the weight isn't noticeable if you already wear steel toes. These have good traction on all surfaces. I work for the National Park Service in the road/trail dept. I go from concrete to uneven dirt/rock trail. These boots will get abused. I hope they last six months, I expect them to last three.

Awesome work boots
Excellent service fast shipping. The boots? So far they are comfortable...still need to break them in, but overall I am happy. My feet feel invincible in these boots. Will advise later if anything comes up..so far all good..actually Excellent work boots for the price. ????

I've only bought Timberland workboots for the past 6 or so years.
This work boots is the absolute worse pair I've ever bought my husband. I generally buy him the work shoe in the summer and he loves them because they're so comfortable. I buy him work boots in the Fall and love the fact that they're waterproof and his feet stay warm. I decided to splurge a little and bought him this very nice looking pair. My husband has done nothing but complain about his feet hurting because after 3 months the boots still haven't broken in yet. After he gets home from working all day, he's literally tiptoeing from the car to the house because he's in so much pain. I paid nearly $200 for style with no comfort.

So far so good
I've had them about 2 weeks. Had my last pair of rig master's for 2 years before they started to get some cracking on the rubber and the toe started to delaminate on the sole ( I use my feet to adjust things often). Hope the new design hooks up as good or better. Takes a week to break on like most new boots but after that they feel great.
