Poor quality -item came damaged

We wanted to purchase this quickly for a friend who had just lost her very loved horse. The statue arrived just in time but when we took it out of the box, it was damaged. There was a big chunk of white showing. We couldn't replace it in time or we would have done so -instead, it took two of us to try different paint approaches to cover up the white spot. It was very disappointing because we wanted to give our friend something she could remember her horse by ....poor quality wasn't exactly what we had in mind.
