Love a full size umbrella!
Having used this brand/style for many years, I recently purchased a couple more to scatter them around between the house, car, and office. They provide much better protection than the smaller umbrellas and are less prone to breaking down. I recommend this style and size in general, and this company in particular.

Sturdy. Good coverage
I like how well constructed this is. It can hold up to a lot of wind without losing its structure. Also, it offers just the right amount of coverage. Not so little that you are getting wet. Not so much that you are taking up three bodies worth of space on the sidewalk. Has made it easy to get out for an evening walk -- which I really need to do -- though it be dark, windy, cold and rainy out.

Cool umbrella
I like the quality, size, and wooden handle part. Although idk if if its me but it doesnt close strong. You literally have to fight to close it to click.

Love it!
My friend had this one. I was in the market for an umbrella. Once I saw my friend with it. I had to have it. Sturdy and light but durable. Perfect!

Durable, fashionable, and decently large.
Blocks rain- so it does the job. It looks good and heavy winds haven't broken the umbrella yet. However, it is a tad bit heavy and the handle is a bit thick. But, these are the tradeoffs of getting a full sized durable umbrella.

Fine
The top piece fell off after a couple of uses but it easily comes back on.

Quality umbrella
The wood handle was a little beat up when I got it but it was easy to buff out. Overall, I love this umbrella for a quick run.

not wood
I was really hoping for wood stick and handle. I had an old Totes that lasted me for 20 years until one day on a commute where it rained in the morning but not in the evening, I left it on a bus. That was a $40 umbrella, and worth every penny. This is a Chinese average umbrella, that is fine, but not the Totes quality I remember, and I hate when materials are intentionally mislabeled. - This umbrella is all plastic. Sturdy enough I'm pretty sure, but not what I expected.

Didn’t realize it’s not foldable
I thought this was those tiny ones you can put into handbags. Consequently you can see how confused I was when picking up the package. My worst guess is that I bought a beach umbrella accidently, but well at it was a daily umbrella, just much bigger. Despite everything above, it’s a nice umbrella. The colour is calm and elegant. It’s just so big I feel I am holding a weapon.

After a few uses, no longer stays closed
I bought this "Totes Auto Open Wood Stick Umbrella" based on a glowing review from TheWirecutter. However, after only a few uses, I'm disappointed. The problem is that the umbrella doesn't stay closed. When you close the umbrella, there's a spring-propelled metal "hook" that catches onto a plastic rectangle part. After only a few uses, the plastic rectangle part has worn out and the metal hook no longer has any edge to catch onto... so the umbrella doesn't stay closed unless you collapse it and then ALSO tie it up and button it up. It's really annoying! I went for a coffee today. Ducked into the coffee shop while it was raining. Collapsed my umbrella. Didn't tie it because I didn't want to get my hands wet and it was just a quick take out. And then BOOM umbrella pops open by itself inside the coffeeshop, spraying water everywhere. I'm going to return this.

Automatic Umbrella!!!!
It's just an umbrella. Ya, you push the button and it opens, much like many other umbrellas. Otherwise it's underwhelming. Mine won't stay hooked closed anymore. So it's extra automatic as it flies open as soon as the Velcro is released. Speaking of the Velcro, it sucks. Two small squares that hardly stick together. It stops rain, it's light, and it looks nice. Those are the things I like about it. But I wouldn't buy it again, I'm sure there's much better umbrellas out there.
