Great for travel and casual site seeing

Great for daytime casual and our upcoming trip site seeing trips. Cross body strap easy to adjust. Wish the color was a little more on the tan side.

Very cute cat pet fur magnet.

TL:DR This purse is super cute and preppy looking. The fabric however is canvas and when I took it out of the poly bag it instantly attracted 2 cat hairs from the ether which I promptly plucked off. I am on the fence about keeping this and I'm definitely not taking it on my upcoming trip to Portugal and Spain (Barcelona! Ack! Pickpockets!!) because it's teeny. It's currently back in it's poly bag with the tags waiting for when I get home and can decide. Cons The fabric is a cotton canvas. I doubt it's as waterproof as the Travelon nylon bags. I'm not testing it because I may return it. For some reason I thought it would be more nylon-like. And as I mentioned the fabric welcomes fur with open arms. Take note, pet owners. It's so small. Shame on me for not getting a ruler out before ordering and understanding it in person. They give the dimensions and it's up to us consumers to vet these things. But what is so misleading and another reviewer mentioned, is it looks so much bigger in the picture with the lady. They picked a 95 pound 4'11" model to photograph the bag with. (Ok, I don't know this for sure, but it sure seems that way.) For me when I travel to places, I'm out all day. I may need to stuff a jacket in my bag or a sweater. You definitely can't put either in there. It would fit some standard purse essentials and that's about it. A guidebook, tablet (Fire, iPad, etc.) or water bottle probably wouldn't fit and definitely not a spare layer for evening. It's a cute purse for going to dinner, but not for touring all day. The interior organization is weird. There are two interior zipped pockets which is great! But there is this funny flap-like open pocket across one of them. It is floppy too. Like no organization for cards or anything there and I feel like stuff would get stuck in it and it would just get in the way when you want to put things into the main interior space of the bag because it doesn't lay flat against the side of the interior. I don't think it has those metal cables in the strap... I think it's advertised as "slash resistant," but it appears just to be thick cotton/poly webbing. I may be wrong, but I'm not going to cut the strap to find out for sure. Pros Cute as a button. The saddle bag is a classic look and the navy and brown leather trim are so nice. It's a lovely-to-look-at bag. The slip pocket on the back/exterior is great for your phone or bus pass (when you are not around pickpockets.) TWO! interior zip pockets. This is great for sketchy travel destinations. You not only can have valuables in your locked zipper main compartment but behind yet another "door" of an interior zippered pocket! No one is getting their hands in there without you knowing. Perfect to put your money, cards and passport. Just don't purse snatched. Conclusion I'm probably returning this one. I don't want to have to lint roll my purse every time I leave the house. Seems weird. I also own A LOT of purses. Including a tan leather saddle bag about the same size. Do I really need one more? Anyhow I ordered a bigger, nylon Travelon bag for my trip that I will use. And when I get back we shall see.

arrived WRINKLED, how is that good for travel?

Knowing this would be crammed into my suitcase until we arrive, I need a crossbody bag that will come out of said suitcase ready to go. This arrived super wrinkled =( not good for travel. If only this were in a more nylon like fabric to resist an occasional raindrop I would then keep this.

Very nice

It's the perfect minimalist bag. It's not huge or heavy. Very impressed for the price. I've wasted a lot of money on purses that are stashed away. I've finally found the one ???? This one is good for all the seasons!

Fits a Minimalist Lifestyle - Not Exactly as Pictured

The picture shows two separate slash pockets that are deep enough to easily hold the pictured sunglasses and phone. The product I received has a single slash pocket. Though it would be good that have that little bit of extra organization, I'm guessing that it might be one of the reasons that the product was 43% off. I carry a very small wallet, a regular-sized android phone (not super-sized), a pair of small reading glasses, a small notebook and a couple of pens/pencils. They'll all fit in either the center pocket for ease of retrieving, in the slash pocket for access to the glasses, and the notebook and a couple of pens/pencils will be stashed in one of the zipper compartments as I don't need immediate access to them. If I need to carry my passport, it will reside in the other zippered pocket. The outside pocket will hold my keys. For me, this is a good purse for both everyday use and general traveling. For traveling that's more of an outing, where you'd want to bring more material including a book, water, or an IPad, or a scarf, gloves, hat, etc., this bag will not do. With that said, it could still be used to keep certain materials separated from everything else in a larger bag for easier retrieval.

Best travel bag

I got this to travel and love it. It is a perfect size for the essentials (phone, wallet, sunglasses, guidebook, and keys) with some room to spare. Out of all the slash proof bags that I've seen, I really like this one the best.

Needs a good tweak!!

Got this little bag in navy for the summer. It's the perfect size for my needs and the color was spot on to the picture above. Here's the problem that needs tweaking....if you really wanted this bag to be really outstanding, do the same design in a nicer nylon fabric and use the same thing on the strap. The cotton webbing doesn't really match well and using a band of the fabric from the bag as a strap holder makes the distinction ever more apparent. Also....sad to say but the strap is already frayed and messy looking after just a few months of use.

Fantastic

I bought this bag for a quick weekend trip and it was perfect. I didn't want to carry my big purse everywhere, so this was a perfect size, it still fit my wallet and phone and all my small items nicely, without feeling stuffed full. Great amounts of compartments and pockets to keep my things organized. I wasn't as concerned about anti theft features, as I was in a very safe area, but this will be great for future trips to other countries where I will need to worry about that more. Will definitely recommend this brand to friends, and will absolutely buy again in the future!

Wish it was a bit bigger

I really like this bag and have been using it everyday since October. I wish it was a bit taller to fit a little bit more stuff inside, but it does have a good amount of pockets and is confy to wear. Haven't had a situation where the anti-theft features, but it does seem to be wearing well and no complaints!

Era lo que buscaba, es chica para el uso diario, cabe perfectamente cartera, lentes y algunos accesorios. Muy buenos materiales, trae una mini-lámpara en su interior, y compartimentos mejor distribuidos que otras bolsas de su estilo.
