Not what I was hoping for

Love the color of this dress, which is right on trend, and the flutter sleeves are great if you don't love your arms but want to feel basically sleeveless. But the fabric isn't of good quality, flimsy, and you were able to see right through to my underwear, even when wearing smooth nude undies.
