Excellent quality, fits large

Trotters Women's Lola Pump is obviously a quality made shoe, but the length of the shoes and the fit in the width across the mid-section of the shoes were too large. We unfortunately had to return the shoes for a refund.

the most comfortable shoes ever

Trotters are, by far, the most comfortable shoes ever. I have no complaints other than these run big. I ordered a 6 W and they are almost too wide. Other than sizing, the shoes/style are absolutely amazing!

It has a unique fit/cut and may not be for everyone

I loved the shoe but the fit did not work for me. I think some vendors make shoes that work or do not work for particular people.

Comfortable, professional and love the block heel.

I use this shoe as a work shoe. I spend 10-16 hours a day on my feet. The block heel makes this shoe so comfortable. Never need to switch shoes due to discomfort. Fits very true to size. After this shoe relaxes a bit, I add a shoe insole. It’s perfect.

Beautiful shoe!

Beautiful and appears to be comfortable shoe which didn’t fit as I ordered a size too large and too wide as I wasn’t sure what size would fit.

Quality good though.

Wish companies would make my size- WWW. The Extra Wide is still not wide enough. I cant find dress shoes to fit from anywhere. Where do I special order? Yuck - Has been a life long struggle with almost no decent selection in a young woman's dress shoe or casual shoe. Quality good though.

Comfortable for all day wear

I have several of the Lola pumps. They are elegant, comfortable and nice pumps. Have room to spare if your feet swell after a long day or a long flight.
