Not recycled paper like is pictured.

I specifically order the 100% recycled paper for my preschool as what was pictured at the time of my purchase. What I received is standard construction paper not recycled paper.

Color as expected. Good quality.not flimsy paper. Color does run into fingers when working with it.

Not Royal Blue

Royal Blue is a bright vibrant blue. This paper is a dull blue, closer in tone to navy. I'm disappointed, but not surprised at $4 a pack. I'm sure it'll go straight to a landfill if I return it so I'll find some way to use it.
