Easy to refill

This dispenser is very easy to refill because the opening at the top is wide-mouth. No small port to try to aim your soap refill bottle at. It has an opening in the black cover that you can easily see when it is time to refill. Very happy with this.

as a home cappuccino drinker, this device is really necessary. Good deal, delivered next day, so I did not miss that much of my favorite drink.

Great product. Easy to use. Quality of manufacture could be better

Some people noted in the reviews of this product that rusted develop. I have three of these and rest is never developed. I use a very generic soap. I don't dilute it with water. Maybe it's more a problem with the type of soap or dilution than the actual product itself. The nozzle is somewhat fragile. I've never had one break off but I can certainly imagine that it is not well seeded nor is the metal nozzle firmly attached to the main body. It is possible to twisted but I have pushed it in firmly in those cases. Overall I love the style. It's easy to push down. A small amount of soap comes out. It's easy to refill. I use these for face soap in the bathroom and shower. I also use them for dishwashing soap by the side of the sink. I like the design. I like the ergonomics. I understand it is a relatively simple product that lends itself to problems due to the fact that it appears to be rather simply made. However, I find it both attractive and easy to use.

Cool modern and functional!

My second time purchasing this soap dispenser. Have one in the kitchen and now one in the bathroom. It’s a cool design and it’s easy to refill . It’s sturdy and sold at a reasonable price. Arrived on time.

Cute and stylish

Is it weird to get excited about a dish soap dispenser? love this item. It is cute and much classier than my huge bottle of green dish soap. I wanted black accessories to accentuate my brand new black matte kitchen faucet. This looks awesome! My only issue is that you have to know how to use it. If you pump it a normal amount, it works fine every time. If you jam it down as far as it can go, it will get momentarily stuck and you may have to wait a second or pick it up and jiggle it to get it back into position. We have figured that out pretty quickly and everyone in the house has no problems. I don't expect guests to wash my dishes, so I think we will be good!

Excellent pump, classy, good product from Umbra as expected!

I purchased this pump to use at my kitchen sink for dishsoap after having had the bathroom (shorter) versions. I had one bathroom pump, then I ordered another...so you can see I'm a loyal fan! The pump is fantastic and clearer, at least to me, than other pumps. There is a clear cup (think bathroom sink cup) with threading at the top lip, which the entire pump (housed in the metallic part) screws onto. This "cup" means I can clean inside of it, can reach all corners of the inside of the lotion/soap holder. The pump feels solid, as it's not just the nozzle sticking out that you press down on-- you press down on the entire top (think of patting a penguin on the head...). The brushed metal look is nice- it's not too shiny, looks classy. Also, I like the view-window to let me know when I'm getting low on soap (though you can always see that on the bottom, where the soap cup is visible on the bottom). I got what I expected: a quality soap pump from Umbra. I should also state that this has been in use many, many times per day (I clean a LOT of baby bottles and pump parts daily) and it shows no signs of problems. Great product!

Sticky pump mechanism

Nice design, easy to refill, but when you push to dispense soap, it sticks in the down position. You have to hold it by the spout and bang it around to get it to pop back up

Well made and worth every dime

used for my kitchen detergent. first ordered came with a defect. Call and a replacement was send next day. returned the defected one by Purolator. bought another two for friends after the replacement.Really nice for either kitchen or washrooms worth the effort and dime I got the black ones as the reviews were good on that colour seem the Nickel one according to reviews get rusted

Very well made

I’ve had one of these soap dispensers for years and was really happy to find this one here. I now have one in the bathroom and one in the kitchen. They’re well made, sturdy and strong and very easy to fill. Unlike other brands, the filling top is very wide so you don’t lose any soap. It looks cute too.

I love the product but...

... it tends to break quickly and easily. The last one I bought just unglued itself and the black part comes off the whole thing. In other purchases like this, the pump stopped working. I think they should use better materials.
