Very flimsy and did not end up like photo.
These were very delicate and broke as I was trying to twist them to look like advertisement. For the most part just hung straight.

Do not purchase :)
If I could, I’d give zero stars for this product. Product had no instructions and was defective. The streamer didn’t open and was sealed on all ends, and when I gently and delicately tried to open it, it ripped. It was like throwing money in the trash. Save your $3. A bit of a bummer because I was going to use it for a baby shower car parade tomorrow.

Don't waste your money
We could not use the product. Both sets of streamers that we ordered were so stuck together that they only way to undo them was to tear them apart. We ended up with 1' pieces instead of a full streamer. And it wasn't as though one of the packages that I ordered was faulty--both were cheaply made. Total waste of a purchase.

Only 1 strand, way overpriced, and ripped ridiculously easily.
DO NOT BUY THIS. It was awful. It was one 9 foot strand. Just trying to unfold it ripped it, it is very poor quality. Way overpriced.
