It’s not too late to wear these
I was four weeks out from an emergency csection (my second csection baby out of 4 kiddos) when I ordered these undies. I was stressing over the dreaded “shelf” being so prominent, and I read other reviews mentioning how much the added support helped shrink their tummies and minimize the shelf. So I thought what the hell and in my postpartum haze, I ordered them in the middle of the night. For reference, I’m 5’0 and was weighing about 118 when I got them in a size small. They fit snuggly, as they should. The silicone panel still felt nice going across my incision, despite being well into my recovery period- my incision was healed but still tender. Anyways, after just one day of wearing these, I noticed that night that my shelf was beginning to look more “lifted” and less hangy. So like any desperate woman in my situation, I ordered another pair so I didn’t have to wash these babies every single night. Don’t think about these being $40 a pair. Reframe it as $40 for a day of comfort and relief from the nagging feels of your post csection body. These panties even replaced the belly binder I had bought (but hated wearing so I rarely did.) Ok, so to be totally transparent, I’ve been wearing these for 6 days now, and today I comfortably buttoned up my comfiest pair of pre-baby jeans. I’m considered to be a healthy skeptic and very objective on all things, but I have no doubt that my healing progress and tummy shrinking/shelf lifting is a direct effect of these undies. Best $80 I’ve spent in a super long time.

Essentially shapewear with a silicone panel
They're nice, but I'm not impressed. The only thing that sets them apart from all other shapers is the silicone panel, which turns out wasn't really necessary. Ordered the smallest size: I'm a size 6 on the bottom, with a 30 band bra, and only felt this helped hold me in the first week postpartum. Now (2 weeks out) it's just smoothing, but doesn't help hold me in anymore. Need to purchase something smaller. For something I could only appreciate for a week, the price is a little steep.

Recommend!
After my first c-section, I found it difficult to wear any panty as the waist band rubbed on my incision and it hurt. Even once the incision had healed the scar was still sensitive. When time was approaching for my second c-section I knew I had to find some other panty that was high-waisted and wouldn't roll down to the incision line. So I searched and searched, this was the one I ended up getting and I do not regret the purchase. This was much more comfortable to wear than regular undies. The only problem with these is that the silicone patch was just slightly shorter than my incision line. Not sure if my doctor just made my incision a little longer than most or if the silicone patch should be made a little larger. I think the later. I feel this really helped to lose some water weight and added compression in all the right places. It helped just with over all support with the flabbiness of the tummy you have initially. At 3 weeks post-partum this panty was officially too big and I could no longer use it as it started to roll down and begin looking bulked under clothing. So I bought some regular high waisted undies to get me through now till the incision is less sensitive. I am about to purchase another product from this company to help with the little bit of shaping left to be made and the last bit of uterus shrinking that needs to be had.

Love! but prefer the comfort of the brief style
I really like this line of products. For my second c section, I started wearing the brief style c panties about a week post partum. I wore them for about 2+ months and it definitely helped my scar heal smoother and flatter than my first when I didn’t use these at all. The silicon panel provides so much more comfortable support on the incision during the first few weeks. I can move around more freely without feeling that pulling/burning feeling. For my 3rd pregnancy, I’m trying the high waist version to help tuck everything back in. I started wearing this about 4 weeks post partum but not every day (I rotate with the briefs). It fits different in the booty though.. they ride up but at the same time, the top of the thigh cuts in a little too much. Maybe my rear end isn’t big enough? I’m 5’3” and 118 pre pregnancy but 128 at 6 weeks pp. The briefs are definitely more comfortable but I’ll sacrifice and wear this as needed. I’ll wear this more once I go back to work to help look slimmer under my pre pregnancy clothes.

Great concept, fit needs work.
I really liked the compression piece of these underwear. The silicone sits perfectly on my incision and is really comfortable. The only thing I don't like is the leg holes for the underwear were incredibly small and cut into my body. I ended up having to cut small slits just to make it comfortable enough to wear for hours. The top part of the underwear also rolls down which is quite annoying. Maybe they would stay up better if there was some sort of rubber lining or something. Overall I'm happy with them, but I don't think I would be buying another pair. For context, I got these two weeks postpartum I was 165 lbs 5'6". I do have a long torso too. I'm now down to 158 lbs & the top still rolls down.

Very comfortable
I normally don't care enough to leave reviews, but this underwear is great. The silicone patch is in the perfect spot right over my scar and it's a huge help, I have no more pain throughout the day and it doesn't get irritate rubbing against any material as it's healing. I'm 10 weeks postpartum today, I had an emergency c-section and I started wearing them after my 2 week checkup went well and the steri-strips all came off. It's worth it just for the silicone part alone, in my opinion. It does work to hold you in a bit in the beginning, but now I only have 5 lbs to lose and it doesn't really help with that at this point. I do still wear it on days when my scar is bugging me. So even though I only wore it as as much as possible for about 7 weeks, it was still worth the money. I will definitely be wearing it again next time, since I have to have a c-section again, apparently.
