Too small for 1" Forstner hole

This is marketed as a 1" button plug, but actually has an ID of 15/16", so it does not fit a 1" hole properly. If I was gluing them in place I could make it work, but typically if you're going to use a plug like this you want it to fit snugly so you can remove it. The reason I am giving it 2 stars is that they are decent plugs outside of not being sized correctly. The finish is very smooth and would require no further sanding or shaping.
