I bought 4 of these so far, extremely comfortable and fit fairly well, i wish it was a bit tighter/flexible around the midsection but still great shirts. I wear them daily for work, no fraying no stitch issues, i like it

Fit my broad shoulders correctly.

A solid, low cost shirt for someone who is not trying to look like a billionaire or wall street mogul, but needs a shirt that doesn't seem cheap to those around them. These are not pricey premiums with luxurious materials, but they ARE acceptable to wear with a suit for daily business/professional purposes in the office. This shirt fit my very broad shoulders without leaving a lot of material hanging down to my slimmer than average waist. The arm to shoulder seams were at the exactly correct location (not too low so that the shirt looks too big, and not too high so that it looks too small.) There were no defects or problems with the construction, and I have bought several of the same shirts in different colors three different times here. I have professionally laundered the ones I had already at least 3 times and no problems staying together. I do recommend these shirts if you wear long sleeve dress shirts daily and don't want to pay department store prices.

A good shirt for a good deal.

I think the Van Heusen's poplin dress shirts are a pretty good deal for the money. There are more expensive shirts out there that might look better in a full suit, but for someone like me who works in a business casual environment, especially where I have to roll up the sleeves and get a little dirty once in a while, these are a good trade-off between quality and price. I don't know how well they fare in the wash, as I always get my shirts laundered at the dry cleaners. The poplin weaving is nice and small, and not too coarse of a fabric. (White dress shirts with coarse fabric can look cheap. Avoid.) Van Heusen offers some pretty good size choices, which is important for short, fat man with a thick neck like myself. I'd give this 5 stars except they are not super excellent quality, but for the price, well worth it.
