Cute, but challenging to assemble

This planter comes in pieces. and the instructions are not clear. There are no holes for the screws so you’re just sort of on your own with it. It was very soft wood so they do go in easily. It doesn’t seem to be incredibly well-made, but I think it will be just fine for herbs on my patio. It’s definitely cute

Handle with care

It's cheaper than retail stores and other similar Amazon products for a reason. Received with minimal protective packaging. Came with 2 extra screws. All parts, and no damage (shockingly) The wood used is like a cheap, airy balsa wood. This is why it is so lightweight. This also means my arthritic hands could snap one of the legs like a pencil with ease. A strong breeze will easily blow this over with it being top heavy. So I've had to secure mine in 3 places to ensure I don't lose my plants. It's a good height for me. I won't need to bend or stoop to get produce. Each of the 8 sections comes with a bag to keep in soil, but offers air flow and drainage. I haven't used the bottom shelf, but I don't know who would or what they'd put there. Water drains down and will.drip right on top of whatever you put on the shelf. I'll have to fashion a drip pan before I can use it.

Quick and Easy Assembly

This was probably one of the easiest things I have ever put together! I can’t wait to plant my herbs . I love that it was so affordable, good quality , and easy to put together. Took me less than 25 minutes total to assemble. Gardening win!

This thing is incredible

I bought this as a gift for my friend who showed interest in growing herbs. I didn't read the description and was just expecting plastic that looked like wood. This far exceeded my expectations for the price. I've just bought two for myself. I gave it a 4 on sturdiness because it's not rock solid, but, at the same time, it doesn't need to be. It'll hold the plants fine. It might be damaged if you pick it up and throw it (which it is definitely light enough for you to do).

Very fragile

This product is fairly easy to assemble but if the dividers don't go in smoothly, they will chip and break which is what happened to me. I called to just get one of the long dividers replaced and was told that I would have to dismantle and return the whole thing instead of just having the company (VegTrug) send me a new divider. Not real happy about that solution.

Great for small herb garden

Easier to assemble than I anticipated..Pockets big enough for one gallon plant but only planted 4inch so could grow..Perfect for the patio and bottom shelf great for more plants..Love it !!!

Nice looking, but cheap material

It looks nice and it's easy to assemble. I'm disappointed in the wood. It's the cheapest, soft wood the company could find. It don't think it will withstand outdoor conditions for more than 2 years. (maybe that was their intent). I can see the wood rot under the fabric compartments. I would not buy again because I like things to last longer.

Absolutely beautiful garden table

Bought as a Mother’s Day for my grandma and she LOVES it. She posted a pick her gift on Facebook, all her friends are oo-big over it and asking where she got it. Also sent some herb seeds and now she’s got a flourishing little garden table she’s very proud of.

Lovely

I am not much of a DIY person and was a little bit apprehensive about the fact that it was something I would have to put together myself. However, it was very easy and was completed in minutes. It is a lovely piece of garden furniture and I am considering getting another one. I have since planted herbs in it and they are growing lovely.

Easy to set up

Made in China - Functional product, Overpriced for what it is, Wood was slightly damaged and filled with wood filler at the factory and then stained. Went together easily, good design. As advertised

Faulty on arrival

The media could not be loaded. Good design however disappointed with the quality and lack of customer service. Not only is the wood thin and flimsy but also arrived faulty! I tried to contact the supplier however they have not replied. Buyers beware! The wood is very thin, flimsy and arrived with splits in the wood. The dividers don’t even stay up as they are slightly too short. Save your money and buy a real wood garden bed.
