The Vestil HDOC-1624-9 hardwood dolly has an open wood deck with two carpeted ends and four swivel caster wheels, and can be used to transport appliances, crates, furniture, or other large, heavy objects. The dolly has an open deck, which weighs less than solid decks of the same size, and is made of hardwood, which is resistant to impacts and wear. The carpeted ends help protect loads from scratches. As much as I hate moving, having one of these to put under furniture and large boxes then zoom around the house makes moving so much easier and more fun.

Purchased for Household move

I purchased this in advance of moving out of our 2 bedroom condo. Overall, it got the job done, but we had a few frustrations. Pros: - It comes assembled - Wheels roll and overall construction of the cart is decent. It's on-par with the cost of the product. - Works well with smaller loads (stacks of lighter and medium-large sized boxes) Cons: - The wheels seem to be a little bit smaller than a cart that I also got from Uhaul. I found this cart to be a magnet for getting stuck going over doorways, elevator gaps, gaps, more gaps, etc. - I didn't put anything on this cart that weighs 900lbs, but I definitely put heavier items (200+ lbs) and it worked out alright, but I really wouldn't push it with this as it didn't feel like it was going to be able to handle anywhere close to the max of 900 lbs. Conclusion: It's alright for easier stuff, but if you're investing in a cart for heavy duty, long term, multi-move purposes; then I'd recommend paying more for a higher quality product or renting one from UHaul.

You'll find this a very handy dolly to have around.

I'm still finding uses for this handy dolly. It is perfect for moving almost anything that you can balance on it. I use it mostly for moving furniture around. Great value.

Great Product, Well Build, Fantastic Value!

This is an excellent product at a fair price. I purchased this because I move pretty frequently and have large hardwood furniture and one massive solid wood armoire that takes a minimum of three very strong people to move. I only had one friend helping me with my last move and this little dolly was a LIFE SAVER. We barely had to carry anything. I have a massive solid wood dresser I put on this dolly and just rolled it right to the truck, it was amazing. In addition, the massive armoire I mentioned at the beginning of my review is a PAIN to move and the two of us could not of done it without this dolly. It made something that would have been impossible... not only possible, but much easier as well. This thing can handle some serious weight. It is well constructed and is a must have for any move. It rolls beautifully on hardwood floors and it works on carpet as well but requires a little bit more skill to maneuver fluidly on carpet. I did a lot of research before purchasing this and I think it would be hard to find something better for the price. Highly recommended product!
