Versatile Application: There are many ways to use our alcohol still kit. According to your preferences, you can make Whiskey, Wine, Brandy, Rum, Tequila, Vodka, Water Distiller, Ethanol, Essential Oils, etc. The thickened bottom allows various heating methods, including gas stoves, firewood, electric ceramic heaters, etc. Durable & Tight Seal: Unlike regular tubes, we use food-grade silicone tubes, which are flexible and tough, and are not easy to bend to ensure a good seal. Four buckles and silicone gaskets inside the lid help to seal tightly. In addition, the package has a one-way exhaust valve, which can be easily used during the fermentation process. Easy to Operate: The alcohol still kit has a real-time thermometer on the lid, with a dual-display of Celsius and Fahrenheit, which is convenient for monitoring the temperature of the wine during the distillation process. The thumper keg helps discharge the hot water vapor, which helps to evaporate the alcohol for secondary distillation; it is very suitable for adding flavors. Rapid Cooling: The distillery kit adopts an open cooling method. The copper coil has rapid thermal conductivity and has a large contact area with the coolant, providing a lower distillation temperature. A circulating water pump is attached to save cooling water. The rubber pad under the condenser can insulate and accelerate cooling. Sufficient Capacity: This still provides you with a fermentation capacity of 5 gallons. Boiler barrel: 11. 8" X 11. 8" (30 x 30 cm), condenser: 7.9" X 4.3" (20 x 11 cm), thumper: 7" X 4" (18 x 10 cm), which can ferment up to 19 liters of raw materials. Perfect for family-together parties. All parts are made of food-grade materials, including silicone, stainless steel, and copper.

Clean brass connectors after vinegar run, and other tips.
The 3 gallon still holds 2 gallons of liquid, leaving a 4" headspace. The water lines are pretty short, so I ordered 25 feet of 3/8" ID silicone tubing to reach my sink from the stove (about 10 feet for each line). The unit barely fits under the microwave oven above my stove, if I orient it just so. There are no instructions for using the thumper. Apparenty it's best to have a tube from the inlet to the bottom of the pan, so I bought a 3/8 HBX x 1/4F brass adapter, and attached about 4" of the 3/8" ID silicone tubing. The video on Amazon provided by the manufacturer mistakenly shows silicone seals placed on the inside of the boiler lid ("onion top"), but they should be on the outside. The hot vinegar run discolored the inside of the brass connectors, and created a reddish residue that should be cleaned off. The unit needs to be partially disassembled to do this. There was also metallic residue on the thermometer threads and nut. The instructions are in broken English, but not too weird. The rye whiskey recipe calls for a gram of ammonium fluoride(!), but they mean ammonium chloride. The bottom of the boiler isn't quite flat, so the unit rocks back and forth on my glass stovetop unless I wedge a couple forks under it. Overall it is reasonably well made, for the price.

I like it for what it is.
I rated this at 4 stars because I like it, and it works great, but not perfect. Keep in mind, my rating is based on the purpose I bought it. I bought it to distill water, not spirits. However, I might try an alcohol run at some point with it. I bought this to distill water for my CPAP machine, and to use in mixing automotive coolant for my truck and car. (It is much cheaper to buy full strength antifreeze, and mix it 50/50 with distilled water, than it is to buy the 50/50 pre-mixed antifreeze.) Anyway, I do 2 gal runs of tap water to stock up on distilled water for our needs. It des work great, but a little cumbersome at the beginning until you establish a routine. Someone posted that it was impossible to keep the pump from over flowing the worm so they didn't like it because of that. Sure, it does take some tinkering, especially at first until you get the feel for the water the pump provides, but I adjust that with the ball valves on the worm pot, in very small increments until I got it where it feeds and drains at the same rate. Then, it works great. But it does take some practice to get to know how much to adjust it to get the right flow. The silicone hose provided for the worm was "ok", but my sink is a little further from my stove than most maybe, and the silicone lines would not reach my sink. Almost, but still too short. So, I ordered a 10' additional silicone hose and cut it to the length I needed. Since I did that, works great. I just full the sink with cold water and let that circulate through the worm. It will gradually get warmer, so you might have to dump the sink of water and put more cold water in a couple times per run. But, freezing a gallon jug, and dropping it in the sink with the water will help with that and keep the circulating water cooler. But, again, I like the system, and with a little tinkering, and adjusting to how it works, it gets easier and easier to use.

Could come with better parts
The only thing it is missing is some type of rack with a screen so thst yoy csn place plant material inside without it sitting in the water if you want to make essential oils. The pipes could also be longer so you can keep the final product as far away from the heat source as possible and the rubber gasket doesn't fit all that well around the lid and creats problems when yoy try to close it. Yoy may want to upgrade it for something better and make sure you have a very strong fan in a window with a second fan directing air flow too it, just incase yoy use the gasket that comes with it.

It works makes liquor
Pro: Has really really good detailed instructions Con: has insanely detailed instructions.. lol I guess I was just thinking you throw some ingredients together drop them in and run some shine. Definitely way way more complex.. lol I spent a week reading and learning before I even had the nerve to do vodka run to clean it. Thankfully the kit and internet have a lot of good info. After about 3 weeks of playing reading and a bunch of mistakes I got something Out of it I think was good enough to consume tho alcohol content was lower then I thought it should be.. either way alot of fun and exciting to learn..kinda want to get a lab coat and setup in my camper! lol

This is a great little still
This is great to learn on or if you just want to make a quart for yourself. I set this up on a induction cooktop so there is no flame and it will still 5 gallons of wash in a few hours, with a product that comes out to 140 to 120 proof. The bubbler or thumper is not its a slomber keg but there are videos on YouTube that show you how to turn it into a thumper with the parts that came with it. The only complaint I have at the moment is I can't find replacement parts on the Vevor website but I am sure you can find replacement gaskets at you local hardware store.

READY TO RUN. Beginners need to research before attempting.
Works well overall but does take work. Originally bought the 9.6g that didn't come with the thumper or pump for $120+. Bought this one as it was only $100 and came with extra important parts to make the job easier. Down side was the main pot was SMALLER than the first pot I got even though both listed as 9.6g. I gave the smaller pot away. OTHER DOWN SIDE: The few parts that attach to the lid for the spout and thermometer are not stainless steel. So they rust which to me is a huge problem as some of this rust is under your lid inside your pot. Still trying to find stainless steel parts so I don't have to clean the shit out of it every time. But still all in all not a bad set up and works great. Ya just have to do a little tweaking here and there find out what works best for ya.

Does what it should
I have used this to make distilled "Water" a few times and it has worked like it should, getting the water pump and fittings adjusted just right does take some time but once you get it the system works great.

Mancano istruzioni in Italiano e manca...
I materiali mi sembrano buoni, mancano le istruzioni in italiano (solo inglese) e manca il cestello di separazione acqua/materiale da lavorare, all'interno del pentolone del bollitore.
