Great value, however mine had an issue...

I ordered those for my well in hoping that it would do the job. Granted, some of the description is correct, however after 2 days of use, I decided to pull the pump out as I received an additional check valve I wanted to install. Hoisted the pump out of the well, and from the inlet screen I noticed a rusted area. Big disappointment as ad stated it was all stainless steel and only kind on the market. I wish I could agree, but the images uploaded don't lie. On the bright side, the motor is extremely quiet, runs in a complete oil bath, so appears it will last a long while. Pump came well packaged inside of a thick cardboard tube and that came inside of a box. Great concept, just need to change the alloy of the stainless a bit more.

Buyer beware

Install this pump in the well 3 months ago along with new pipe, wire, check valves, and pressure tank, only to have this pump fail already. This well is 500 ft deep so it is not an easy pull. Luckily bought the extended warranty. They have issued a refund for the pump however that won't help with the labor cost to do it again. I will not be purchasing this brand of pump again.

powerful quiet well pump

Pump was installed approximately 20 feet deep in the ground so all supplied accessories were adequate. Pump runs strong, good volume of water with good pressure. I'm getting approximately 25 gallons per minute with good pressure which is excellent for my application.

Seems decent, but it's not a "37gpm" pump.

The pump industry lists pumps based roughly around the middle of the flow/head diagram for a particular pump. That means that if you have a pump listed as being it 37gpm pump, then that's kind of the sweet spot for the anticipated amount of head. It's by no means a max and you can go up or down a bit as long as you stay within the range that the pump is rated for. You really want to stay away from either edge of the chart for risk of damaging the pump. At the high-volume range (as you approach zero head) the pump will be performing the max work and you risk damaging the impellers. On the other edge of the chart you have max head which equates to going deeper/higher pressure and approach zero flow rate. With low flow you risk overheating the pump since it needs a certain volume of water moving through it in order to keep it cool. Unfortunately this pump doesn't come with fully defined flow/head diagram (it has the pump curve, but not the acceptable working band) and it lists the volume in non-standard units which isn't a big deal to convert, but it's just a bit annoying. Based on a the chart and the fact that this is a 1hp motor, it looks like this pump is probably comparable to a 20-25gpm (4.5-5.5 M^3/hr) pump from a known retailer. I have my sprinklers winterized so I don't want to run it at the moment and then re-winterize them all, so I'll give it a run come springtime and see what my flow-meter and pressure gauge say to confirm the performance. The appearance of the pump is top notch and it's heavy enough that I think it may have quality components, but it's hard to tell without running it for a while or cracking it open so I'll try and update this review after I've put it through its paces.

Burnt wires

This pump is listed as 230volt but has 18 awg automotive wires on it and they burn when connected to a 220 wire. Burnt up in 30 minutes of running water, was using it in a 120ft deep well.

This pump is not a 230v as advertised.

This pump was used to replace the original deep well pump. It maxed out at 30psi. It's functional after tweaking the pressure switch and converting power from 220 to 110. Due to false advertising, I would recommend spending the money for a better unit.
